the signification of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance No. -

3 of 1907 entitled "An Ordinance to authorize the Appropria-

-tion of a Supplementary Sun of Four hundred and Seventy-

-seven thousand Eight hundred and Forty-nine Dollars and

Fifty-three Cents, to defray the charges of the year 1906",

together with the customary report of the Attorney-

-General thereon.
